My friend shops here often, but her mom (a stage 4 cancer patient) had a terrible first experience. She went yesterday sept. 29 aprox.@11:00 One of their male employees was helping her and while bringing her the weed she ordered, he stopped to chat with another customer, leaving her waiting for quite a while. When she politely asked if her product was indica, he angrily yelled at her and called her rude for interupting. She said nothing and left in shock. Unprofessional and unacceptable — none of us will be returning and I won't be returning by choice because when her daughter called to ask about what happened the same male employee told her that they aren't welcome back. She says she way very embarrassed as he did this infront of other customers.
