I have been coming to this store once a month since the store opened and have had amazing customer service until today. I came into the store, waited in line and then asked the customer service person about the No Future CBD Bombs because I thought I might be able to get my needs met with one product.
Customer service person resonded with an answer and I then asked for my usual order because the product I was inquiring about wasn't what I needed. I left the store, got home and realized that I was given the No Future CBD Bombs, so I drove all the way back to the store to get a whole bunch of anger and attitude thrown at me by the customer service person, who is apparently the manager. Like it's such a huge incovenience to ask that the products be switched out, you had to rescan some products and hit a couple of buttons. I drove a half hour to bring the products back and paid someone $40.00 an hour to watch my dependent loved ones, so it was an incovenience for me and even so, I wasn't bothered by a simple mistake until I was treated so poorly. Just anger coming at me not an apology, I must have heard you wrong but: "I gave you what you asked for".
Won't ever come back; there's a store on every corner. This is the manager of your store really?
