I have always received amazing and very friendly and knowledgeable service from this location. Always super accommodating. This statement stood true until I visited when the 'store manager' was working. Not only did I feel like an inconvenience, but it literally seemed like she didn't want to help. I mentioned the name of some product that I purchased last visit and asked if she had any more in stock... I got a very dismissive 'I don't know' and not even an offer to look. With any luck, her amazing staff will teach her the value of customer service. People skills go a long way, especially when you are so-called managing a business. 2 stars earned because the regular staff is amazing... 2 stars deducted because of the poor service from the manager and another lost because the prices are increasing with every visit. On a side note, I got asked for ID as my grey haired look of a man in his 40's must be common among kids but w/e, I get it ... I also watched her refuse service to another man who appeared to be even older than myself because he didn't have his ID with him... seemed odd and slightly unreasonable. There are lots of other stores out there.. Update: decided to give these guys another chance. They were supposed to be open until 11:00 on Saturday night, went there at 10:00, they were closed. They were supposed to be open at noon on sunday, I went there at 1, they were closed. It is a 50 minute round trip Drive every time I go there as I live in the country. Re ..
