This has been my go to spot for a few months as they are SUPER close to me. I will generally grab a couple pre rolls and a 510 cart here and there. Everything has been great, staff is super friendly and helpful when I ask.
Last week I bought a 510 of Dab Bods mystery, when I opened the pack there was a massive air bubble so I let it settle and it looked like 1/3 was missing out of the cart, I felt a little ripped off so I called and went in to return it, no problem, "we will take it back, but these ones a bit bigger, smoke a bit tonight come back tomorrow" okay cool, I've gone through a bunch of carts I know how long they last me. I smoke a bit and at this point next day half the cartridge is gone., I don't feel like it would last me anywhere close to a regular cart. I bring it back in and now it looks like it's just half empty. I try to explain the situation to the manager the next day, she's sceptical but wants me to feel good about the experience and takes it back. Amazing. This is exactly how people in customer service should be working, it was a messed up situation but it was fairly out of my control and now I won't be shopping anywhere else.
