All of the representatives I came into contact with were very knowledgeable and very kind. Derek and Sarah were wonderful. When it came time to check out using my debit card, the transaction was declined. I thought it could have been an issue with the physical card, or an error with the machine. So a different card was used to purchase the items.
As soon as I got outside to the car and checked my account, I saw the payment had been taken out of my chequings account and also off of the VISA. The first transaction had stated it was declined, however the funds did actually come out of my account.

On the third try of going in, a manager named Chantal stated that the debit machines are owned by a separate company, and she would take down my information and contact me with an explanation regarding the second charge.
The gentleman with the red beard was far kinder and understanding about the situation than the manager was. I work in the hospitality industry. A quick "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" is appreciated and can go a long way.
I received a call back the next day. I stopped into the store the next day, and was advised by Chantal that a refund will be performed sometime over t ..
