I've been going to this dispensary for over a year .
I went there on Friday bought to dab cartridges . Kept receipt and package
Went back on Tuesday afternoon with 1 cart half empty n leaking out the top
I asked to switch it they said I smoked to much I stated I did not it leaked out the top n it's all over the sides which they could see . They told me I could not be refunded my money or switched to a new cart . So I said so you guys don't uphold the 2 week policy and they just said sorry nothing I can do ..
I went to another bc cannabis 10 min away told them what had happend and they happily switched my cart . Saying it's clearly leaking out the top .anyways I will not go back to this dispensary again!!! So I wouldn't if I were u if u don't want to waste ur money !! Also the guy working told me it was the manager who said no not him !
Listen, it's a perfectly okay store EXCEPT for a bald man employee. I asked for some items, two of which were the last products and in display cases (like I should know?). He grumpily got the first item then swore when he had to get the second item.
People, the store was empty. He was literally doing nothing before or after I left. The bad attitude and entitlement was kind of hilarious. Like jeez, sorry I just want buy weed so I can go home and smoke.
I could excuse this if this guy was working a minimum wage job at a regular weed shop. But he is working for the Government Weed, you know what that means? $26 dollars an hour! Why is he Like That!

Twice now (12 months between purchases) have bought buds that are not dried and cured properly resulting in a sticky moist mess. In order to ensure the best quality for your freshly harvested buds, you must prepare your buds with a process known as curing, which starts with drying cannabis buds slowly in a controlled environment, then keeping buds in glass jars over the course of a few weeks to let a few specific natural plant processes occur. The drying and curing process causes weed buds to smell better and for effects to feel more potent. Drying cannabis properly reduces the chance of hay smell. Drying and curing cannabis also reduces cannabis harshness when smoking. I see some anonymous person has responded and wants me to call some 800 number.

Except for recently with one small, bald staff member who's both consistently unprofessional and rude. Makes unnecessary passive aggressive comments, will immediately change their demeanor. As well as insult customers behind their back the moment they walk out the door. Asking a simple question shouldn't result with a backhanded insult and no actual help.
I'm repulsed and crawl out of my skin when I have to interact with this individual. Please do better.
They sold my friend and i these prerolls that were packaged in December 8th 2023
these were nasty. Not fresh, could tell right away and couldn't finish it.
When we came back and complained they said because it hasn't been a year they could not reimburse us or refund. Please don't buy from this place. We couldn't even finish one, and the employees were rude and didn't sympathize at all. they clearly just wanted to sell it. If you want fresher weed for cheaper with nicer customer service Burb is 5 minutes away.
