The staff are constantly accommodating, kind, and energetic. They tailor their suggestions & offers to your preference & ask the right questions. Bonus points for always being friendly & considerate.

Online says store closes at the 11, arrived at 9:29, a sign on the door saying they were closing at 10. Door locked. I tried calling, no answer. As I stood outside 5 others showed up. I understand staffing issues and life comes up but the sign in the door said 10, not 930. I guess telling time is hard.
I have to leave a 4 because after weeks of seeing if something is there or not

I would absolutely LOVE to give this shop a higher rating as I love most of their staff and their prices are great. Sadly they have forgotten about ALL smokers, only focusing their stock on super high levels. I smoke daily for my Anxiety / depression disorder, normally 12 THC to 18THC.
They use to carry the CBD Runts pre rolls all the time for me and had another around 18 percent. Both have consistently ran out of stock and never get restocked, making me have to scramble for my weekly purchase. I wish they would consider the low THC smokers so I didn't have to give Uptown Herb or someone else my business.
You have 60 plus options of high test THC. But 2 most of the time 1 and sometimes 0 low THC options?

I'm far from the only local person that enjoys a good smoke without blasting their brains off.
I've only been twice, so do with that what you will, but both times were really great experiences. The homie in the back with long hair is super friendly, knowledgeable, and he answered every odd question I shot at him surprisingly fast. Moreover, their selection was very through, they had all my favourite brands, I favour the higher grade Broken Coast stuff, and in multiple strains. Also, I truly appreciate the refrigeration unit you store all the flower in. People don't realize that herb degrades in those bags they come in, and heat often plays a big role in this. Nothing sucks more than getting home and finding out your flower is all musty & tatses azzy. Uggghhh. So far, everything's been top-shelf and I hope this is my goto dispo.
