Unacceptable customer service:
Posting my experience to alert others so they won't feel the same the way I felt!
I,ve been in saint John (Atlantic Canada) since 2023 and cannabis nb at Rothesay avenue and landsdowne avenue was my preferred places to visit and was never disappointed. I saw this place opened, may be few months ago, and have made nearly 10 visits by now. Once, I experienced poor service from one of lady there (couple of months ago), I was the only customer in the shop but the sales lady was trying to rush me and close the deal quickly. I prefer peace in mind, so I grabbed my stuff and went out.
A similar thing happened yesterday, and it was a different lady this time. She wasn't helpful to show what they have and wanted to me to get what she showed me first. And also, showed reluctant attitude to explain when I was asking about THC percentages and to choose the one that I will like. To keep Peace in mind, again left without no comments but this is the 2nd time.
I won't go this place again, and will stick to other cannabis nb shops in saint John.
Quality is absolute garbage! Bought 3.5 grams and didn't last 24 hrs. No taste, no flavour, no high. It's criminal they should be allowed to sell this crap. Bought an ounce before for high price and the stuff didn't even burn. Took it back to the store to complain but they just said to write the company. What a joke. That's what you get when the government diluted product quality to garbage and have a bunch of students trying to sell product they know nothing about. I'll stick with mail order. Cannabis NB is such a rip off. High prices and very poor quality product. Don't buy unless you're desperate. Consider alternatives. Would never shop there again.
Ya nope packs are light twice now. So if you decided to buy here weight it when u get back. Mine was off .9 almost a gram on a 3.5. Never again should have waited the few days for my mail stuff to get here. What a rip off this company is and the staff not gr3qt at all. They r the bud tenders not I. So they stand there and wait for the client to say something. No advise no try this nothing so never going back. And this company had clearly boycotted the industry here as only dispensary around. Minus express which I would recommend further away but worth it. And a few dollars more but the service is way better. Coming from Ontario where there are dispensary everywhere like tim hortons this NB cana is shit.....period get the stuff only you get deals online sales and free gifts. If you want a few grams ok dont but if u r like me and smoke 2oz a month then no contest at all. The online places in BC know weed and know that if they ha e bad service people will not come back. Which alot of companies in NB just have not caught onto yet. Not just smoke but pizza Chinese food mostly all takeout here is garbage not the companies the staff just dont care.
the girl with long hair and glasses rolled her eyes at me quite a few times when I was asking questions. definitely would not go back.
Been there twice and both times have been lovely. Was served by a woman who made the visit wonderful as she was very personable and kind. Never have had a bad experience at NB Cannabis.
