Every time I walk into this store, Hailey at the Henderson location greets me with the brightest smile and the kindest energy. You can truly feel how much she cares about the people who come in. She is always ready to help anyone with anything, and what stands out the most is her dedication. Even though it's rare that she doesn't know a product, if there's ever something she's unsure about, she takes the time to look into it and make sure you leave feeling supported and taken care of.
Hailey doesn't just provide customer service , she creates an experience filled with warmth, kindness, and genuine appreciation. She makes every visit feel special, and honestly, I don't think I would have continued shopping here if it weren't for her.
Hailey, thank you for always being so thoughtful, for your beautiful energy, and for making my day brighter every single time I come in. You are truly appreciated more than you know superstar!!
This store is my idea of what a weed store should look like. It isn't splashed full of stereotypical teenage rebellion. I felt like I would had I been going to a boutique type shop spoiling myself with a treat.
Even the products carried seem more dignified. I love the Queen of Bud line. The accessories are pretty and feminine. I'm so glad I stopped in here! Laurence was full of information, kind and non-judgemental to all of my novice questions. And there is no contest with their pricing! I've found my new go-to shop for sure!
Tobi is the best! Very knowledgeable, and super friendly. It's always a great visit to the store when he's Working. He always goes above and beyond and knows how to keep customers coming back. Whatever you guys are paying him, it isn't enough. Tobi is tremendous and Is the reason I keep coming back
Won't go anywhere else…paid for the elite membership on April 20th so I always get a discount, and with the elite I save sooooo much on bud. You can get a "vase" for like $30 with elite, I save sooooo much much money I love it there BEST PLACE EVER!! (Had to leave a review after getting Christmas ornaments with my purchase today lol)
Great selection and tons of deals, plus its close to home for me. Helpful staff, nice to see the store manager there in the mix too. Laurence was helpful and didn't hesitate to make recommendations based on what I needed. Will definitely return! Cheers
