I swung by this shop and wow, the staff were absolute legends. Super friendly, actually knew their stuff, and didn't make me feel like an idiot for asking questions. The store itself was spotless, not a hint of that "wet dog's ass" smell some places have, just pure, heavenly aromas of quality herb.
I got home, lit up, and got so high I completely forgot to pay rent. Long story short, my landlord kicked me and my dog out. But hey, we still had our 10/10 weed purchase, so at least we're vibing on the streets with style. Problem is, now my dog's got the munchies too, so I guess I'll be back for double next time.
I'm also letting all my buddies downtown know this is the premium spot for weed. We're finally moving on from horse tranquilizers to something classier. 💨ðŸ•
Turned away for wearing makeup despite wearing very similar makeup in my ID photo and looking well over age. Staff refused to even check my ID and I was turned away at the door. Very disheartening as other locations have had no issues serving me so if you are wearing even an ounce of makeup that isn't considered "normal", go to another location, and having read the reviews I'm sure management will have an excuse for why this happened but I strongly advice other goth/alternative people to go to other stores!
I bought an xplor 5/10 thread and when I got home it was clearly not an xplor cartridge! Went to try to get what I paid for but was rudely told that it is an xplor cartridge but held no xplor markings and was even a different colour scheme. Some shady business for sure. Will never be going back as I don't know if I'm buying what I'm buying or just some random leftovers, even the sticker on the top of the tube was funky.
The staff are friendly, helpful, and always give great recommendations. (My favorite so far is the Neon Rush drink, it tastes just like Baja Blast. iykyk.) Wonderful customer service, always willing to answer any and all questions. I could not recommend this location more. Keep up the good work!
Absolutely amazing customer service. My partner and i have both been able to find exactly what we are looking for. The staff has been knowledgeable and very good at recommending based on my needs. Its hard finding CBD strains and not only does this location understand but is always ready for a customers needs. I feel they take their jobs seriously and i appreciate that as a smoker of over 10 years. All staff has been friendly, well informed and just wonderfully upto date with the products and merchandise! Thank you so much to the staff for a fabulous shopping experience!
