Had a fantastic experience today! Liam was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to exactly what I needed and steered me toward the perfect products. Excellent customer service—he really helped me out and made my visit a great one!
Not very happy with my latest experience here with a budtender. This short guy with kinda wavy brown hair was watching something on his phone when I walked in, didn't bother even looking up at me. I tried asking him if they had the specific cart I wanted and he scoffed and told me to look at the menu and he didn't know. Eyes glued to that phone. He did not seem very knowledgeable as my previous experiences with other staff. When I did have his attention, he didn't know whats brands I was asking about or actual information on the products I wanted (510's, concentrates, flower) Thankfully another employee was able to help me get what I was looking for. I like coming here but this has definitely altered my thoughts on this store...
My boyfriend and I have been regular customers since the store first opened, and every visit has been fantastic. The staff are always friendly and helpful, but Melissa truly stands out. As someone who has worked in customer service myself, I can confidently say she is the prime example of what great customer service looks like. She is professional, kind, attentive, and always radiating positivity. She remembers customers, goes above and beyond to help, and does it all with the biggest smile on her face.
Employees like Melissa are rare, and she deserves so much recognition for how much she elevates every customer's experience!

Also they had lots in stock. Like more then any other place I've seen this week as I've been shopping around the city.
