Since 2009 we’ve been dreaming up spaces for Cannabis lovers to feel at home. As smokers ourselves, we were sick and tired of sketchy alleys leading to bargain basements that made us feel like we were doing something wrong.
Canadians deserved something better, and so we opened our first Smoker’s Corner head shop in downtown Calgary that same year. Finally a bright, clean, welcoming place where marijuana enthusiasts could gather and geek out about cannabis culture – weed, bongs, pipes, vaporizers and our love of the plant!
After legalization, we knew we wanted to bring that same vibe to selling Cannabis (man, sometimes we still can’t believe it’s finally legal).
Canna Cabana was created for people who loved weed (still do) and want to buy it, smoke it, and talk about it in a playful, safe environment. We call that a Cabana and we built it for you!

I am a regular at this store. The atmosphere is great, the displays are easy to understand, and the employees are very kind. I was taken care of right from the door and guided through the store with personalized recommendations to what I need. Sometimes I go in and want something new and they always have a good answer for me. Excellent pricing and quality product. I highly recommend Canna Cabana and this store specifically!
I have shopped here multiple times before as a student and I was NEVER asked to use another form of ID until yesterday I went to pick up some flower and the long haired male employee looked at me and told me my American license wasn't valid despite LITERALLY going to LCBO, Bars, ETC and never being refused. I returned with my mother who had an American license as well and she got let in with absolutely zero hassle and no struggle and when she asked him why I was refused his answer was simply " I don't trust her age". I'm 21 years old and he didn't even look at my ID, he saw Oklahoma and told me it wasn't valid.
Went to the location in stittsville and received MUCH better service. Will not be returning to this location, teach your employees the proper license and passport laws.
Best weed shop around. Especially the one in Richmond. The staff are fun and super helpful. I always spend 5 to 10 mins more chatting. And the prices are Awesome. I went to a different weed shop the other day and spent $12 more for the exact same thing. Best prices around. Period. SUPER HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Great staff, great management, always amazing service and solid recommendations on products. The staff are knowledgeable about not just the THC products but the industry, where the products are produced and coming from. To top it off they take time to explain and answer questions. Overall, always a top notch experience and for sure my preferred store, above all 😊😊
Have shopped here before and the service was usually friendly and helpful. Tonight, I was accosted as soon as I walked in demanding I show I.d ( first time by the way) I was born in the 1970's, white in my beard and clearly not an 18 year old. The staff member demanded I.d. To which I replied that I didn't have it on me. He kept repeating the line over and over again like a trained Robot. Very disappointed and disrespected to be honest. Won't be back. Plenty of other options out there.
