I've had nothing but great experiences at this location. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to give solid recommendations. Every visit feels easy and welcoming, and I always leave with exactly what I need. Definitely my go-to spot!
I visited the store for the first time this week and had an amazing experience. I was helped by the supervisor/manager, Meg, who helped me find something perfect for someone new and trying to figure out what they like. I was really intimated to go in but the vibe of the staff and the store overall has won me over as a new regular customer! Thank you guys!!

I used to come here every 3-4 days and spend a minimum of 120-160$ on pre rolls. That has now ended. I bought a pre roll (20$)and it was defective (did not pull) I come here so often that I usually know all the workers and when I express I have a problem with the pre roll they usually just exchange it for another one or I'd pick another joint. (Doesn't happen very often) I went in last weekend and it was new employees. l had a defective roll and tried explaining it would not pull and that I come here very often but there's no account set up system so they wouldnt know how often I really do come. they told me there's nothing can do and that the store owner "Tom" has now put a sign saying final sale and that if you have a problem with the roll to contact the supplier. This is where you lost my business completely. If I buy something from the store and it is defective I should be able to go back to that store front and have it dealt with there. The store front should be the ones going to the suppliers for their money back on defective products. The customer shouldn't be the ones stuck calling the supplier who never answer their phone or has no email to contact them to get an exchange or refund. I was loyal to this store but after this situation I won't be going back. I'll be finding another dispensary who takes care of their customers.
