Always has a great selection, good pricing, and certain staff are very welcoming! Mina and Aiden rock! Both are always ready to have great conversations and are both very knowledgeable!
My flower town experience was so chill, the workers were very nice and helpful and Laura is super chill felt very welcomed will be seeing me again.
I wasn't going to write a review, but after seeing multiple similar ones, I feel like nothing is changing. I wanted to like this place because it's convenient and I've been here before, but the service has been consistently disappointing. One staff member with rainbow hair was loud and seemed irritated when I asked for guidance. It didn't feel welcoming at all. The tone came across as dismissive and uncomfortable. Another employee with a nose piercing who seems friends with the rainbow hair lady recommended flower that was packaged over a year ago and also had an attitude. I only realized after checking the date at home. It was dry and clearly old stock. Customers should be informed about packaging dates before purchasing, especially when relying on staff recommendations. There seems to be a pattern of rushed, unwelcoming, or careless service here. I'd strongly encourage management to look into their staff (especially the one with colourful hair) as this has been a consistent concern in other reviews as well.
