Friendly and knowledgeable staff that are willing to discuss the products. Prices are very competitive and tons of options to choose from. Bubble Kush anyone?
This use to be my favourite shop for 2 years I would be welcomed with a huge hello and was always asked if I needed with anything. Sometimes even delivering advice without asking.
They have an entire new staff now. This new staff does a great job at making me feel uncomfortable. I was in today about 230 pm wed apr 15 and today was the last straw for me.
I walked in, and got stared at like I was annoying them and was in the wrong store. with no hello ofcourse.. based on previous expeirences I decided to make this shop as fast as I could. Too uncomfortable, which is a shame because I love to spend. When I decided on the flower(fast) I promptly decided to grab a drink aswell. Man you should have seen how hard this girls eyes went back to her head while her supervisor? Just observed me. The best part, someone (customer) walked in during this and got a huge hello how are you?
As a person who has tremendous experience as a regional manager, I would suggest this gets handled fast. It's 2026, that type of behaviour is grotesque and needs to be addressed immediately.
Body language says a lot, and I'm sure it bleedingly obvious on the cameras at this location ;)

Lux leaf heritage is the best place for all cannibas needs by far!! I have been coming here since I turned 18 and have not once had a bad experience. My day is made whenever Amanda is working. Always makes the best recommendations to my friends and I, wouldn't wanna take my business anywhere else!!
Well that's a very toxic worker to keep on Sunday she don't know the regular Vapes from the thick ones also she show attitude and want me to buy another device. After I said no, she finally agree to return the money and give me another one with attitude and anger she should find another job she interested at ..definitely not going there again even though it's close to my house
Hi this review is a week late but I really wanted to share my experience!
My Husband and I quit drinking over a year ago, and we wanted to do something fun and different for New Years, so we decided to try edibles! We both were never into weed, our drug of choice was a different lol. Anyway, we went in completely unsure of what to get for the feeling we were looking for and no idea where to start. Daynah was so beyond helpful, and also didn't make us feel "dumb" for having no experience in this area.
Before we left with edibles, she also suggested maybe one of the cannabis drinks.
So the day we were going to "party" I stopped to get a few cans of something. Again, clueless. And thankfully Jess was there to completely help me. I was just really happy with how at ease and comfortable I felt in this store 😊 the staff is extremely friendly
