This is always a great place to come to, the staff are always friendly. The prices are competitive and its always clean on the inside.
My favourite shop in the city, always have unique products other stores don't regularly carry, knowledgeable staff and caring management team! I will forever support this place!
Tried this dispensary for the first time yesterday and enjoyed the positive energy and helpful service. Their list of inventory is posted on large screens on the wall. The screens being in dark mode is what makes them easy and comfortable to read. The cherry on top was their holiday sales. We will definitely be returning to this store.
I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The staff's behaviour was extremely unprofessional and rude. Instead of helping, they seemed annoyed and uninterested. One employee even spoke to me with a disrespectful tone. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I won't be returning, and I definitely do not recommend this place."

The staff are attentive and awesome as they helped address a cart failure and a follow up billing error with professionalism. Sometimes things don't go the way they should for a sale, however the team is awesome to ensure the customer is satisfied and happy with alternative conclusions.
