The absolute worst Help I've ever had added a dispensary I was looking for a new Cartridge and the lady just assumed information which actually leads to incorrect sales so she sold me the wrong device and then wouldn't do anything about a return even though it was her fault for selling me the wrong stuff I was stuck $40 out-of-pocket and having to spend another $10 to even make my product work that she sold me that was incorrect. Higher people who actually know how to do their dang jobs What a waste of my time and money can This is what happens when mass corporations evolves they end up failing because they suck
I recently deleted my great review of this store
the big manager was at this store just now and he is now my worse enemy
I will never go back to this store again
The woman working there was extremely rude to me
I have been going here since it opened and I am getting tired of their not ordering what people want
I have to change my order every time as they never get anything in
I am elite member and spend hundreds per month here
I will never shop at Brentwood canna ever again
A customer asking a question to this worker and she immediately has a tone and is rude to me and would not help me look for any other products
I raised my voice to the big manager and he continued on his call not dealing with any situation that had now occurred between myself and the worker.
He does not care about his customers
He is lucky to have the manager he does there
From what I overhear in the store is
he is a bully
It's all about the money to this big owner and I will find out which stores and we will never be purchasing from this guy ever again
I will continue to drive south or to crowfoot wherever he is not
And will spread the word about this owner
So don't worry about kicking me out cause u can't deal with your staff or customers asking questions

Christopher is very knowledgeable and knew his stuff about about products and was able to take the time and explain into great detail as to how to use the products properly and get your full experience!! Definitely recommend talking to him!!
