I bought a bottle of Tweed CBD spray from this store and only discovered afterward that it was packaged on June 22, 2021. That's nearly five years old.
Had I known that before the purchase, I would not have bought it.
I understand these products don't always carry expiry dates, but I think customers should be told when they're buying inventory that's been sitting on the shelf for that long so they can make an informed decision.
I will also be contacting the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission (AGLC) to determine whether selling cannabis products packaged nearly five years ago is acceptable and whether any disclosure requirements apply.
Needless to say, I'll never be returning to this location or any of their stores after this experience.
I was here earlier and Anmol is the one who helped and she's the sweetest kindest girl person. Great job on hiring a great team member!!!

I moved out here to edm and my first dispensary was this one but after time i don like the service I experienced yall selling bad cartridge most of the cartridges doesn't work never counts discount point i always come and ask can i use my point and they no u don have a point bro i come here everyday i even bought 3 battery pen just incase works with the others but it doesnt i never take a receipt that could be my fault but u cant aways do this even the 2 packs joints became small … i don have to bring receipt just to
make sure i bought it from here i have all my access on my phone

Had a really good experience because of Pallavi. She was calm, friendly, and very helpful at the counter. Even with some confusion from my end, she handled everything smoothly and with a smile. Truly appreciate her help, surely will be coming back
