You're Always Welcome At Canna Cabana!
Since 2009 we’ve been dreaming up spaces for Cannabis lovers to feel at home. As smokers ourselves, we were sick and tired of sketchy alleys leading to bargain basements that made us feel like we were doing something wrong.
Canadians deserved something better, and so we opened our first Smoker’s Corner head shop in downtown Calgary that same year. Finally a bright, clean, welcoming place where marijuana enthusiasts could gather and geek out about cannabis culture – weed, bongs, pipes, vaporizers and yes… even getting high!
After legalization, we knew we wanted to bring that same vibe to selling legal Cannabis (man, sometimes we still can’t believe it).
Canna Cabana was created for people who loved weed (still do) and want to buy it, smoke it, and talk about it in a playful, safe environment. We call that a Cabana and we built it for you!

Ran into 2 staff members that were not very friendly. Nothing like taking ur ordest son then asking for ID n kicking out the person who was paying. Removing my account from this store for sure . Will be contacting there head office
My Neighborhood store . 3rd farthest away but number 1 in my Heart 😎🤣 but I HAVE to agree with 1 customer about this PROBLEM . I easily went over a 100 times . They know me . Never ID'D or Rarely same employees dont need to ID onve they see it . . IM 45. AND GREY and I was also asked for ID by the new employee . Who again . Could be my Son . Beyond ridiculous 20 year olds are asking 40 somethings for ID . Rare instance someone looks way younger I get it . So I went to a store down the block . And wasn't ID'D (First time ever in that store ) So I agree with the lady who commented/ Reviewed because that was beyond ridiculous .
This was my go to place to go to until a few days ago.
I will start out with I am 45 years old. No way do I look young enough to not be able to purchase here. Also, for more background information, I have an elite membership, my birthday was in Sept and my license expired, which I went in and renewed at a registry. It was only approx. 2 weeks after my license expired when this incident happened.
I went in and there was an employee I hadn't seen in there before, I told him everything I wanted and he went around collecting it for me. Then when checking out before even asking for my phone number he asked for my ID. No big deal, I take it as a compliment. I showed him my ID and he said it was expired. I also showed him the piece of paper that the registry gave me to show that I've renewed it. He said he could not accept it, even though I was told at the registry that my old license is my proof of identity until my new one came in the mail. With the mail strike, my new driver's license isn't coming anytime soon. He refused sale to me, I was extremely upset over this. I drove to a different Canna Cabana where I got the stuff I wanted without even being asked for my ID (because I'm 45!!) I was old enough to be this "kid's" mom. I've never experienced such embarrassment when trying to purchase from a store.
The staff is always amazing, kind, and super knowledgeable. I love going in there to get any kind of product and feeling confident about what I am getting.
The staff were nice, but the kiosk was impersonal, didn't want to load, by the time I could have searched 3 pages and I was directed to a cabinet, which is detached from normal customer service experiences in other stores.
