No way this is 28g but I'm sure they know most people don't have scales (I don't but other dispenseries ounce had filled that same jar to the top) and won't check … very unfortunate
EDIT- I have tried to contact them through the email they provided- that address is non existent
i used to love imagine, but since all the wonderful staff has left, i do not like the new people very much, i thought i will try to go there again and just see, well i forgot my glasses so i asked for assistance i asked for a 7 gram and i got sold 3.5 the guy even confirmed it was 7 gram on sale. so not coming back, ever. they really dont know what they are selling.
Alright guys. This store is just simply bad. The staff appears to be friendly but they are very close sighted people sticking to their own beliefs. People even elder is being ask for pieces of ID which makes no sense to me. The prices are way higher than any dispensary around port Moody. I strongly suggest not to waste your time, money and energy with this people. Renovations are coming to the whole complex so I'm glad they will be gone soon from here. We deserve and need friendly places with capacitated staff that can have a better judge and point of view. As I said simply gross place.
Great staff butThe staff are great, but the products are often incomplete, and items I bought before are usually not available again.
Great front line staff but I was double charged on the 19th due to a system error and I will not be refunded. Twice I came to resolve this issue, a refund was not issued and I was told to leave my number both times for the store manager. Nobody reached out to me. I hate to have to be the squeaky wheel but as a result of all the passing of the buck and inaction I see no further way to proceed outside of leaving a review in a public forum.
This store is very close to me but on principle I cannot patronize it any further unless I get my money back.
Refund me and I will edit or delete this review. Continue ignoring me and it will remain.
