This store used to have a very good selection of items in the concentrates cabinet, recently in the last 3 months though the quality of products and the availability of products has become scarce. I heard from a employee at a different location or a different dispensary of a company coming to town and trying to buy up the private dispensaries. After hearing this I noticed the stock fell off and hasn't been fully stocked with options since mid to late November.
The employees here are helpful and friendly, and knowledgeable to help you find what you want, if they have it.

I bought a cartridge about a month ago that turned out to be defective. I went in to see what could be done about it and was told to look for a receipt/packaging/statement, went back in with a statement and a different employee took my info saying they would call. 2 weeks+ went by and I didn't hear anything so I went back in to follow up and talked with Arden. She took my info and I received a call from her not even 20 minutes after leaving the store. She had everything resolved so quickly and I was able to get an exchange the next day. Horrible service to start. Sec9nd I purchased a yo can filter, they dont stock refills so you gotta spend 16 everytime you want one. I asked if they are going to and they said no. Why I asked they would sell. Ignores me and walks away. Then I make my way to the glass display and not a single person acknowledged me or even attempted to offer some customer service. Frustrating
