We used this place for the first time tonight and I have to say the service was amazing. I asked many questions and was met with patience and kindness. Samuel helped us by answering our many questions in detail and even asking his own to identify our needs and wants and honestly we will be switching to exclusively buying from here because of the service we received tonight. We ordered delivery and it got here quickly and the tracking was very spot on and easy to use. Over all we enjoyed our experience and will be back.
Was very rude upon arrival. Gave my ID and was very polite. She asked me what my birthday was on my ID, I told her. She then asked for the date of issue and expiry which I didn't have memorized anyways. So I explained that it was my ID, has my face on it and everything and I even told her the address. She then asked me for another piece of ID before telling me to leave even though I showed her my government drivers license. Very unprofessional, I even asked to speak to a supervisor which she then said "I'm the supervisor"
Im not sure if this is a family owned business but that was handled very unprofessional and perhaps there should have been someone else there I could've spoken to. I've been a returning customer for over a year now and have an account set up with the business which I told her as well. She still told me to go and had an attitude with me from the start.
Was very disappointed as this was my go to cannabis store.
I'd skip the 8th st location, but the manager at the central location is wonderful. Helped me with an issue when she didn't have to. Very appreciative of your kindness
A fantastic little store with the bestest of pups! Maggie is amazing. And the staff are always helpful and friendly. They make the visit very enjoyable. They know what they are talking about at this store!
First time commenter, long time smoker- I mean shopper . THE HIT PIT is amazing I love their staff! THE HIT PIT is the only store that has my absolute favourite brand: BACK FOURTY BACKPACKERS PREROLLS! They have great prices, and take the time to recognize their customers. It doesn't feel like just going to a dispensary. At the HIT PIT ON CENTRAL I love the atmosphere, the welcoming, and helpfulness, combined with their knowledge makes it an experience. I am very thankful for when I was in my wheelchair how they helped me to find things for pain.
