Just had the best experience at your store with your bud tender named Ben, pretty cool. Guy knows his stuff even though I had to come back three times cuz my debit card wouldn't work lol
Bad for business closing your store at 1::20 today I watched over ten possible customers try your door and leave to go somewhere else!! That's money walking away from your business! I don't understand how you can be understaffed when there's so many people looking for work!!
Good morning I was at or near this value buds and realized the store was closed and as I was leaving I came across to see a lady try to enter the store, when it was clearly closed. And there was lady in a van that said sorry honey it's closed and the other lady that was entering replied rudely and saying she could read. Then started to approach the vehicle aggressively. The lady in the van started defending her self verbally. To me the whole situation was uncalled for especially my POV, the lady entering the store was being vulgar and rude. I came to do the review and saw the two other reviews and found it a coincidence that it was posted I was there and witnessed the situation. It did not go down as the way it's being told. She literally called the lady a Karen then proceeds to post a review like that. I've had nothing but good experiences at this value buds
Yup there was a lady out front screaming about the door not locking and her daughter was closing the store ?? It's one thing to be helpful, informative, protective. It's quite another to have a confrontational freak out front of your store yelling and being aggressive. Definitely will not be back. I thought she was going to get physical with me for Pete's sake! Your security cameras no doubt caught the interaction. She also pulled out her phone after I chose to given her outrageous language and behaviour. Terrible behavior.
Whatever lady closed tonight needs to not have her mother park outside passed closing hours and scream at customers using profanity. If your door doesn't lock that is an issue for the company to fix, not some random lady in a grey dodge caravan. absolutely unappreciated. A simple "it's closed and the door doesn't lock." would've been much more appropriate than shrieking and yelling causing a scene for absolutely no reason.
