I hit up Elevate Downtown Edmonton , and it's hands-down one of the best cannabis shops in the city. The customer service is genuinely top-tier—every time I walk in, the staff (shoutout to Josh and the team) greet you like family, take the time to listen to what you're looking for, and offer super knowledgeable recommendations without any pushiness. Whether you're a newbie or a seasoned user, they make the experience welcoming and educational.
The store itself is always spotless—clean, bright, well-organized, and feels professional yet relaxed. No clutter, no weird vibes, just a nice environment to browse.
Prices are really solid too—competitive with other spots around Edmonton, and they often have great deals that actually feel worth it. I've never felt ripped off here, and the product quality matches the value.
If you're downtown, near Rogers Place, MacEwan, or just passing through the area, do yourself a favor and stop by Elevate. Local, friendly, clean, and fairly priced—exactly what you want in a dispensary. Highly recommend! Will keep coming back. 🚀
Josh is the absolute best! The most welcoming store with endless knowledge and you welcomed and at ease the second you walk in. Would not recommend anyone else or any other store! The best! Love love love!
Great selection at this store. We came in late evening and got helped by Josh. Very friendly to deal with and he was real gentleman. Support local - buy local.
This place is nice and spacious, feels free. The owner is usually there and he has good vibes: he'll even try to remember your name. Nice touch to customer service. Not sure if you'll find your kind of strain here; government regulation has resulted in placebos being sold to us and we still pay them taxes…anyway I am digressing (wink, wink, revolt against regulation)
They're always so wonderful and helpful when we come in! We're not really regulars but they recognize us every time and it's fun to chat. If you want a positive experience come here! ♡ they'll make you feel like family
