The day shift creepy guy is terrible at customer service. No matter what you ask him his reply always is in a way that he is smarter than you. If something is not in stock it's always going to be 2 weeks from being back in the storage vault. Doesn't matter what day it is. I will no longer be spending my money in there as half the time the stock is not in and dealing with his sick little humour is a waste of my time. I can take my business across the street or down the Avenue. My suggestion to the manager, get rid of this guy. Hire somebody in there that can properly do the job. You just lost $300.00 month in sales as I can't and chose not to attempt communication with him.When I hear he's gone. You will have my business back. Until that day….Good luck with the little creepy guy who watches cartoons all day long. 5 days a week.

Went in last night and honestly had one of the rudest experiences. I walked in first and was looking around for what I wanted. A girl came in a couple minutes later, started chatting with the guy working clearly they knew each other and he completely focused on her instead of me. When I was ready to order, I tried getting his attention, and he finally asked what I wanted, but while helping me he just kept talking to her and didn't even look at me. Then he said something like, "You know how I know when someone's ready," while still looking at her which made no sense and felt super disrespectful. Even the girl said, "She was here before me," which tells you enough. It honestly made me feel ignored and unwelcome. If you're working with customers, you should treat everyone with basic respect not act like someone doesn't exist because you're too busy flirting. Totally unprofessional and disappointing.

I come to this weed shop every day and typically I have tough skin when it comes to people being rude to me.However ROY the short bald attendant went to far Hey Roy a little tip for you when dealing with coustmers try and be professional you make this place look bad and given your other reviews in my opinion you shouldn't even have a job anymore you act like you are better then everyone When a coustmer asks a question dont push the book towards them and tell them to read clearly I didn't see it in the book and needed help my eye sight isnt the best and I shouldn't be treated like crap because of it you get paid to do a job so do it acting like its a chore if you dont like your job maybe u should look for a different one And given all the other reviews crest cannabis do better why are you allowing this man to still work for you knowing how he acts
