Explain to me why your staff is racist? My boyfriend who is African American decent went there today and she refused to give him service and said that he made her feel "uncomfortable".
This is so disgusting this behavior is awful in today's day and age, considering my boyfriend is the sweetest man ever. He did not deserve to be racially profiled by the staff at this place.

Yall really need to work on your customer service esp that girl who works nights. I don't expect small-talk, I understand it gets busy but talking to customers with an attitude or condescendingly when they're asking questions is bizarre. And I know I'm not the only one experiencing this bc there's been complaints against this person. Most other shops I've been to their workers are really chill and friendly, so I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.
What a wonderful Canna Cabana location. The store is very well stocked in every category, the items are cleanly displayed, well presented and I was really impressed with the ambience inside. A hidden gem of Canna Cabana locations, Miranda was so helpful and knowledgeable about cannabis products. I would return to shop here again!
You can line up at the till when you are ready and the staff will ignore you and go walk around the store helping people. Eventually Blake QCW# 99491 looked at me and asked "Are you next?" I said "I must be since I am at the front of the line". When I asked why I was skipped when I was lined up at the till and "how do you normally determine who is next?" he told me it all depends on who they look at next. I asked "wouldnt it make sense to help people who are standing in line at the till?" And his response was baffling. He asks "what if we have 30 people in the store and only one person walks up and lines up at the till? Then what are we supposed to do?" I said "YOU HELP THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE CLEARLY READY TO ORDER AND GO" LOL had to tell this Blake kid to use common sense and his brain. Ridiculous that the staff here act like this. Watched the other staff member Olivia commit many infractions while serving customers and she did not wear a name tag and said her manager says she isn't allowed to wear one. Reported these morons to AGLC.
There is a British girl who works here who will ignore customers to do stocking and Counting of product and likes to make herself busy if the store is packed. I see this all the time , I forgot my ID and I shop here often and normally have my wallet, I said no problem my gf would come in for herself she has cancer and cannot travel well, she was then refused service. Everyone but this girl seems to want to work. There are better places to go or avoid this girl when working. The best staff members do not seem to last at this location.
Edit 09/25 I will be adding an edit as they do not seem to read the reviews my girlfriend who has cancer and valid ID went into the store to get her own product since I forgot my wallet and was denied service by the girl who rather count stock
Some issues should be brought to the corporate level as they do not seem to be addressed on a store basis
