Truly a downgrade from the prior local business that was there previously. There was a small selection of items, no print menu to easily read avaliable selection, have to read the THC levels of the items package in tiny font through the glass cases, and confusing customer service.
Just a corporate conglomerate utilizing on the positive reviews of the old business. They have not updated the photos as well and still showing the prior employees and setup.
Trash trash and more trash. The men that work at this store are horrendous. Ravraj was probably the rudest person I've ever encountered working a customer service job. Dismissive and did not know how to handle any questions. Seemed like he hated having to be there and just wanted customers to get out. This store desperately needs some feminine energy or just people that actually give a damn. Was much much better before as Bridlewood Cannabis. Just wait a couple months more and that review score will have plummeted to represent the truth of this store after they stop riding off the reviews from previous owners.
Unfortunately my experience at this location was not up to par with other Canna Cabanas. Usually my go to brand but will never stop at this location again. Nothing about this experience suggested professionalism, care, or respect for customers. Two people working, both of whom seemed completely disengaged, were rude and dismissive, and overall I left never wanting to come back.
Ah, they didnt even have prerolls . They had like 6 things . . Very very low stock at this location . Not sure ill use this location . I will try again .
Staff- not as pushy on pretending to be weed know it all. She was very light on that (thank you)

Can't believe how fast this place went downhill once it became canna cabana. They were out of ALL cartridges and then 2 days in a row were told they would be back in stock. Went back to find be told the worker was alone and couldn't get everything out yet. Quite rudely but I understand her frustration.
Weird practice to have someone working alone first of all. Strange they can't keep up with stock, I would think the previous owners gave some sort of idea what sales are like there.
I miss the old staff and business practices but go for the locations convenience
