Super nice store but not very many product. The guy working was very nice but not super knowledgeable. I asked if a disposable had ceramic coil and he had me feel it through the bag to try and find out which is quite literally impossible lol. Prefect store for you are trying to be quick and out and about but that's all

I come to Canntina pretty often and I'm a regular here, but this time I bought the same vape I always get and it came burnt right from the first hit. Recently during the cannabis/liquor strike I went to a different dispensary for the first time and had the exact same issue with a burnt disposable, and that shop exchanged it for free with no problem. At Canntina, they didn't offer an exchange, a return, or any real solution. They only gave me a 10% discount, which they usually give me anyway, so it didn't really help with a clearly defective product. Pretty disappointing experience considering how often I come here.
