Stopped in today, great experience, knowledgeable staff, owner on site , that's nice to see.

pretty disappointed. i ordered for delivery last night, called and the lady said she was waiting on a driver and that i should get my order that night. never received it, called about 20 times absolutely no answer. Bussed all the way down to the store, and the guy was just shocked?? kept saying he didn't see the order, etc. most places would either give something for the inconvenience or give some % for the next purchase. guy didn't do anything else but say "i'm sorry". really disappointed as this is the store i shop at. lately it's been very unprofessional, no one answering the phones or doing the online site properly. (it said i was waiting 32 HOURS for my delivery) :(
Been to this store a few times of late, staff is super friendly and always good deals being offered.

I decided to pop into this place one day on my way home, mistake. On top of this places' absolutely horrid selection, the "members" of staff are awful and the store is physically gross.
The one with the dead-and-sunken in eyes was inattentive, and appeared to be completely blasted out of her mind; but maybe not from weed? which is such a great, professional look..super low class.
This place feels like some sort of front, but is clearly just a rapidly failing store.
Does this place even have management? Anything? Anyone? Reading the other reviews for this place, and they seem deserved.
Long story short, save your sanity, patience, and gas. Go shop elsewhere, clearly these people don't want to operate.
Friendly staff who really knew their products, they answered all my questions and made visiting the store a good experience . Would definitely recommend this location.
