The lady with the bob and glasses had an attitude when I was trying to ask questions about different products. Dunno if she was having a bad day or if my questions seemed trivial, but I genuinely was curious and unsure about what to purchase. Guess I'll have to hope for a different worker if I ever come back

Terrible service - the person working on June 3rd at 1:32pm - locked the store and smoking outside the store while I was trying to purchase a product - said she was on break with an attitude and proceeded to stay outside and keep door locked - terrible employee and should not a working at this establishment, rude and disrespectful attitude - head office you should deal with this….

Showed up around 7pm on a Thursday evening. Sign on door said BRB 1 hour. How is an establishment shut for 1 hour during operating hours? Poorly managed location.

Worst experience ever . Asian lady gave me a list on the wall written with sharpie . Questioned the high thc levels I wanted . Then comes from back and money is on table and wouldn't show me what they looked like . Started telling me I don't know nothing about industry . Took my money and left . Second time I go to value buds and it's garbage and their staff are rude and unqualified . Once I asked her name so I can make a complaint she refused . I see where the name comes from !
