As always a great store to purchase your recreational needs. Kenilworth customer service is great. There is a lovely young brown haired lady with tremendous customer service skills. One problem though, the elderly lady from king street.... if you need to use discrimination as a tactic to dismiss your shotty behavior and not do your job because there are to many people in the store, for you to handle customer complaints, you shouldn't have your job there, or anywhere for that matter. Shame on you!!
I purchased 14g of animal rntz and it looked like rez weed. I went back and returned it asking for a refund but was denied and told the weed looked normal. It definitely didn't look normal I've been buying animal rntz for about 6 months now and it's usually dense and sticky. I love this dispensery so this sucked.
Sarah is such a great employee! She always remembers me and my general orders when I come in. She is very personable, has great suggestions and amazing rapport... definitely recommend this place based on her customer service skills!
Extremely helpful staff, very knowledgeable. Came in a few times and was able to get everything I was looking for. Easy 5/5 dispensary. Great prices too!
I purchased from here a couple days ago. I was impressed by the selection, the great personable service, and the very nice prices compared to the area of town I usually buy in. I will be back soon.
