Amazing, knowledgeable, hard working, and fun staff. Perfect display of products and easy to follow menu boards. Great location and hours. Clean friendly vibes, and they really mean buds for less!
Mason is easily the best person I've talked to at a bud store. He's super knowledgeable and will help guide you depending on your price experience or what flavors you like he gets a 10/10 from me. And his mustache is pretty epic so extra points there.
My partner and I go there quite often and love the staff Mason especially. Brianna also was great. We go there at least twice a week usually once a week to buy ounces. And the rest of the time pre-rolls.
Unfortunately, whoever was working Sunday of family day weekend has tainted our experience at our favourite Bud store. The guy was argumentative and rude, and couldn't even take the time to come out from behind the counter to go over ounce prices with us. We also brought our very cute little dogs in to see Mason, but this guy didn't even take two seconds to greet them or say hello. He had a scowl on his face the whole time we were there. Brianna had also said she would put some special pre-rolls on order for us then they would be there Sunday. The guy didn't even take time to look for them, and again was argumentative and rude about that. We were actually going to spend more money than we did in the store on Sunday but once we had dealt with this guy, we decided to take our little dogs walk up to happy days a store just down the block. Upon arriving at happy days. We were greeted with friendly smiles, and people who were wanting to go over product and help us with what we were looking for. They also greeted our dogs and were super happy to see them. I think we will be changing our store to happy days. Was a much better vibe and really friendly staff. Such a shame that one person can ruin an experience. This was actually our third time visiting buds for less in a wee ..
This is a great place to shop, amazing staff, love the manger especially. Always have what I'm looking for. Love Breanna and Mason and the whole gang their all so knowledgeable about all the products
Amazing atmosphere, great prices, & great location. The employee was very helpful and welcoming. She was friendly, answered all of our questions, and she had awesome hair.
