Sammy helped me out, very friendly. Honestly all the workers there are amazing and very talkative !!! If you love a good chat this is your spot
This is my experience from ordering for the very first time. The delivery was late because the incorrect address was applied before shipment. So I placed three orders at once. When the order did finally arrive. No fault to the driver for the delay. I opened the bag and took out 4 tubes. I did not receive the 5th tube that was payed in full on line.
When I called the mcphillips store to discuss this with a employee. Well let me tell you that. The first time I called the girl who answered was somewhat polite. Then she called me back and said she just checked the surveillance system and that she saw the girl put it in the bag. When I stated to the girl that I didn't receive it. Her reply was, Yes You Did. I couldn't believe what I heard. Obviously this is an employee has absolutely no knowledge of customer service, manners, respect or mannerisms at all. Twice she offered me a call back from the manager and I said yes twice. So we'll see what happens
They can't be bothered to answer their phone and I'm not about to drive all that way to find out if the product is in stock or not. . . I have called multiple times at different hours and they still have not answered
Delivery Driver Review
I recently had a pickup experience at Delta 9 that wasn't as smooth as it should have been. I had two orders to collect, but the store insisted on checking my phone to verify them, even after I provided both first and last names.
From my perspective, the chance of someone randomly guessing two full names out of the 50,000+ possible in Canada is extremely slim. Requiring drivers to show their phones feels unnecessary and slows down the process.
As delivery drivers, we're just trying to do our job efficiently, while the staff are busy helping customers inside the store. Why can't we make the process easier for both sides? A smoother system would save time for drivers, reduce stress for staff, and ultimately create a better experience for everyone.
Great customer service, always happy to help customers here
