Terrible service , the lady working today Dec 27th at 1:15 was useless in helping me. Didn't ask me if I wanted a disposable or charging vape. I asked for help picking out a good one that people like and she was very short with me.
Now I have to go somewhere else for a battery.
Customer service 0/10 . Not impressed.
was very unhappy with the way i was served at this delta 9 location. walked in, looked at the menus and was talking to the staff. walked up to the tills to let them know what i am getting, gave my number for my account and asked to use my TEAM MEMBER discount. wasn't asked for ID until that point after giving my information. was with my friend who didn't have ID at the time (but is older than me) who stepped out of the store so that i can make my purchase. i proceeded to show my ID to confirm that it was my actual account and that i work for the company. at this point i was denied service and was unable to make a purchase. i understand ID's and following the law but not when its convenient for you and when you waste my time. if you want to really follow the law you would have checked for ID's at the door before i started looking at product and engaging in conversation with staff. i also work at a dispensary and as a fellow team member i was just very disappointed with the way i was treated and its always the same girl with the face piercings with a bad attitude. never have any issues with other staff. i guess delta 9 does live up to the stories that i hear. do not recommend this location.
This location always provides the absolute best experience! Both for vapes & cannabis products, every staff member seems genuinely interested in helping you find the best product for your price point/goals/preferences. I've always felt exceptionally welcomed by the staff here & the store is always very clean & tidy to boot! You go Bunns Creek!!!
Every time i enter into this facility all the staff great you with a beautiful smile and hello how can I help you. They answer every question you have and have fun banter. Thinking of shopping anywhere else is silly because they make you feel at home and they hook up deals when they can. Thank you delta for being my go to spot for when I need to relax.
Kyra is a phenomenal worker, she has great customer service skills and quickly and efficiently helped me get what I need! Def will be going back!!
