You're Always Welcome At Canna Cabana!
Since 2009 we’ve been dreaming up spaces for Cannabis lovers to feel at home. As smokers ourselves, we were sick and tired of sketchy alleys leading to bargain basements that made us feel like we were doing something wrong.
Canadians deserved something better, and so we opened our first Smoker’s Corner head shop in downtown Calgary that same year. Finally a bright, clean, welcoming place where marijuana enthusiasts could gather and geek out about cannabis culture – weed, bongs, pipes, vaporizers and yes… even getting high!
After legalization, we knew we wanted to bring that same vibe to selling legal Cannabis (man, sometimes we still can’t believe it).
Canna Cabana was created for people who loved weed (still do) and want to buy it, smoke it, and talk about it in a playful, safe environment. We call that a Cabana and we built it for you!

I read another review that I agree with....there is one staff member that treated me awful twice and I stopped going there for awhile. But I live so close ive gone a few times recently.....there are three young staff that know what they are doing and are top notch. One with a beanie, one with piercings, one blonde gentleman.....great vibe....knowledgeable and great customer service. I hope the other staff is either not staff anymore or is re-trained......because your store is great without him.
You know when you feel like a burden walking into a store…. That's this location. Usually Cana is good for that but wow the girl working today was next level as someone who also works in customer service. There is sometimes a young man with curly hair that works here and he is amazing. Won't be returning to this location that's for sure.
Hats off the this Canna Cabana! Every time I go in, their staff is amazing to work with and very knowledgeable! But special shout out Daniel the assistant manager! I went in there today and not only was he the aforementioned qualities but went above and beyond for me and it means the world! If I wasn't a loyal customer already I would be after today!

Jacob is the man! I dealt with the downtown store in mission the other day and they were pricks. Jacob completely changed my opinion of what good staff can be. Promote that man and let him do the hiring cuz he has a positive view of what customer service should actually be.
I love this chain and especially the somerset location. Everyone in there is super knowledgeable and friendly and helpful, especially Daniel the assistant manager. I enjoy going in there just to talk to him.
