Since 2009 we’ve been dreaming up spaces for Cannabis lovers to feel at home. As smokers ourselves, we were sick and tired of sketchy alleys leading to bargain basements that made us feel like we were doing something wrong.
Canadians deserved something better, and so we opened our first Smoker’s Corner head shop in downtown Calgary that same year. Finally a bright, clean, welcoming place where marijuana enthusiasts could gather and geek out about cannabis culture – weed, bongs, pipes, vaporizers and our love of the plant!
After legalization, we knew we wanted to bring that same vibe to selling Cannabis (man, sometimes we still can’t believe it’s finally legal).
Canna Cabana was created for people who loved weed (still do) and want to buy it, smoke it, and talk about it in a playful, safe environment. We call that a Cabana and we built it for you!

Sells you a membership and then ask for I d to sell you product and then tells you that the membership is non refundable i would understand if I looked like some baby face kid, but i'm a thirty six year old man when a full goatee and no time to keep driving back a half an hour because I forgot my Id in the other coat.

I am not disputing that ID must be checked to sell cannabis. I am disputing how your business chooses to run itself and apply its internal policies.
That same day, I had no difficulty purchasing liquor at a Co-op Liquor location, cigarettes elsewhere, and cannabis from a different licensed retailer. All of those businesses operate under the same provincial laws and completed those transactions without issue.
At your store, however, I was refused service when I forgot my ID once. I am a 36-year-old man, clearly not a borderline case, and a long-term customer. My ID has been presented and verified at your store on multiple prior occasions. The law requires retailers to ensure customers are over 18 and permits staff to request ID when there is uncertainty. In this case, refusing service was not a legal necessity; it was a discretionary business choice.

The staff are easygoing, helpful, and genuinely kind, they always greet me with a smile and make the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I come here for my cbd oil to help with pain and sleep, and it is always a great experience. The manager (Amanda?)is such a ray of sunshine and always makes me feel welcome -- she knows her stuff. I honestly would be suffering a lot more if it weren't for her suggestions. Also, the prices are really good, best I've seen in town.
Love the employees and manager are awesome. I don't go anywhere else. I find the other pot store rude and unclean.
Not very good to thier employees new one every week and they go on false accusations someone written on a 2 week suspension for taking 2 drags of a cigarette while taking out garbage after doing a 6 hour shift by themselves they raise thier prices to say your saving but in reality the other store is way cheaper without a membership of any kind.I strongly suggest a new manager one that will investigate problems not just believing what is said through lies then maybe employees will stick around alot longer I have heard alot about the current manager nothing good.they have had way more employees come and go than any other store in town!
