Super clean store, upscale customer service from of the best bud tenders I've come across in Ontario. Omar helped me and my friend find exactly what we where looking for and his recommendation for the hash bullets was spot on me and my friend are very satisfied with the service and we would definitely recommend this place to everyone looking for a great experience
Came in today for joints, Omar's recommendation for the Hindu glue was amazing, excellent customer service would definitely recommend to anyone looking for warm customer service and great recommendations. This is the spot!
Nick is the best! He always knows what I want and even showed me my favourite flower comes in a live resin vape cart! Also his recommendation on a vape battery was amazing. It's by far my favourite and fills all my needs! Thanks Nick!
Went in there today thought I'd love it my grandma goes all the time says she loves it but the girl with black hair was nice and all but barely talked to me. I waited like 3 minutes at the door before someone would come and speak to me and check my ID then looked around nice store but i don't know employees really didn't interact with me at all just their regulars I wanted to start an account I wasn't asked if I wanted to I just felt like no one cared if I was there or not which is an odd way to feel in a place where your supposed to feel welcomed. I don't think I'll ever go back cause they don't really seem to care about new customers I'll find a dispo that makes me feel welcomed no matter how much of a regular I am you really did lose someone who would've been in 2-3 times a week
