Weed store.. staff is friendly enough. Store is clean. My only negative experience(s) is when you see in store advertising for an items and your like, ya that looks good, I'll get some... and they response, oh we don't have that. It happens more that you think. Very disappointing. So much so I'm starting to ignore in store ads.
First bad experience here. I'm looking at the fridge and the staff member goes "what do you want?", no hi, or how are you, just short and rude. Then I was trying to choose, she literally stood right in front of the door blocking my view. I was annoyed and told her I was going to browse the tablet, she rolled her eyes and waited behind the cash. When I asked her for a product, she said nothing and walked away to get it. Never asked me if I had an account just rung me up. And she was on her phone, so not a great experience. Only reason it gets a two this time is cause of the selection they had. Usually this place has great customer service, not this time.
Person at the counter gets my order wrong then won't refund or exchange. Cool story, enjoy your free cart you doorknob. Purple Meadows down the street is a much better store only with a bad parking lot
I was in last night and was helped by Chris, one of the managers. I spoke with him about how one of the other managers, a brunette woman which I say only because I don't know her name but that doesn't matter anyways, that's besides the point. I was just telling him how she had been very rude to me on how she approached me and in the tone she had been asking for my ID during a previous visit. Chris was very apologetic and sincere about how I felt, and he completely understood my frustration with that situation. On top of that, he went above and beyond to answer all my questions and help me find the best and most affordable "leaf" available.
Since my very first visit—aside from that one incident—I've absolutely loved coming here and will continue to do so! I also know one of the other managers, Kiefer, personally, and I can confidently say this place does a great job choosing managers to lead their team.
Every visit is an awesome experience! I'm consistently impressed by the staff at Spirit Leaf. Today Chris and Kalie (Sorry if i spelled your name wrong) helped me figure out a few options and nailed it. Not to mention all the staff always go out of there way to make my dog feel incredibly special, Thank you!
Today when I came in and Chris told me they had a gift for him, someone had actually set aside a bandana for him! The care and attention they give to their customers, both two-legged and four, is truly amazing. It's clear they love what they do and who they serve. Spirit Leaf is definitely the only place i will go!
