They randomly closed during their opening hours, so I had to wait outside in 'feels like' minus nine degree weather until they decided to reopen. I find it extremely unprofessional when stores lock their doors during their advertised opening hours. Instead they should hang a sign that says, "service only when it's convenient for us." Otherwise it's a lie. Could the owner please respond to this and confirm it's the store's policy to close during their opening hours? I live in the neighbourhood and come here regularly, but won't anymore without confirmation that this won't happen again

Amazing Experience Every Time!
Pops Cannabis has quickly become my go-to shop. The staff are always super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely knowledgeable — they take the time to help me find exactly what I'm looking for without ever rushing me. The store itself is always clean, well organized, and has a relaxed vibe that makes the whole experience enjoyable. Their product selection is fantastic, with great prices and frequent new drops. You can really tell they care about their customers. Highly recommend this place to anyone!
The people here are generally very nice and helpful however today I had a confrontation by one of the employees due to his own mistake. After realizing he could not guilt trip me over this he tried to get me to confront him or argue which I didn't bother with of course however he kept going. At some point the other staff member kindly handled the situation however this guy was just not letting it go. I do not know based of what criteria do they hire their employees but generally the people here like I said have been very nice this one dude however has ruined my entire experience at this store. I do not think I will come back to a store where the employee is trying to square up on me due to his on stupidity and error. And of course if you ask for their names in these situations they refuse to give it which is illegal for any store operating in Toronto to do so.
