Love Red Rock on Church St! We go there every time we are in Toronto. Great service, wide variety of products and a great vibe. Highly recommend if you're in town.
Absolutely fantastic service at Red Rock Cannabis on Esplanade & Church! 🌟 They've got a wide selection of pre-rolls at really competitive prices, and the vibe of the shop fits perfectly with the old St. Lawrence Market atmosphere. Friendly staff, great products, and an overall awesome experience. If you're down here and in need, definitely hit them up—you won't be disappointed!

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at this store. I was sold a vape that did not work, and when I returned the very next day to resolve the issue, I was met with complete indifference. Steve, refused to offer a refund or even exchange the defective product. He showed no willingness to help and made no effort to provide any kind of customer service.
I left feeling disrespected and deceived. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. Fortunately, I visited other shops afterward where I was treated with honesty and respect — a stark contrast to what I experienced here.
