I don't normally leave reviews for bad service. But I'm not going back into this store again. I've had a few instances where the budtender was rude and giving me the feeling to get out. She's is Latin American, I know her name as well. But I'm not going to write it. I prefer the service at the competitors on the local area. A simple hello back when a customer comes in is normal. This person chooses to be cold and unfriendly. Unfortunate seeing as I live around the corner. Never again thanks.
I just called this place, I'm not feeling well and I can't come into the store and their website is not working so I called the store at the Saint Clair location and this lady picks up that works there. She was extremely rude to me over the phone I tried to call back and explained to her that her website and stuff wasn't working and somebody is coming to pick up a product for me, and she was extremely extremely rude on the phone hung up on me and decided not to take my call at all when all I was trying to do was reserve some products so the customer can pick it up for me and I'm the one paying for it. I'm gonna make a big complaint about her attitude. And for her to be dealing with customers in this matter is absurd. Just because she doesn't see me doesn't mean I don't live around the area and I can't come inside the store but because I'm sick and I'm being considerate of everyone else I don't want anyone else to get sick and that's why I sent someone to go inside the Saint Clair and runnymede location of the store. This is extremely upsetting. I don't know if she's a Spanish descent or European and she works around 11:38 AM, morning shifts I guess and today is Sunday, December 21 to be exact.
Absolute terrible customer service from the latin lady manager that always looks like she just got out of bed, dirty clothes with stains and just totally unprofessional appearancefor a manager! I've been a loyal customer for over 3 years now and left so much money with this shop and after all that i arrived 10min before the 2-3pm discount happy hour and asked if she can do me a favor and apply the discount so i don't have to wait 10minutes and her attitude was horrific, as if i asked for a million dollars. Told me to go and come back and she doesn't care because now she is the new manager and she's trying to do things super proper and avoid doing what i asked. Although i can understand where she is coming from, her attitude was through the roof for absolutely no reason. I expressed my feelings with some strong words and she then went on her high horse saying to leave HER store, obviously feeling a power trip now that she made manager yet is incapable of looking presentable and decent and knowing how to go about customer service with someone who has been giving them business for years and is a neighbor. Will definitely never give them a dime again and tell everyone to avoid HER store. Pathetic

Outstanding spot! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the selection is top-notch. I especially love how refined the catalog is — being able to search by terpenes makes it easy to find exactly what I'm looking for. High-quality products, great service. Highly recommend — 10/10!
