I've been a loyal customer here for years and shop at Holland Daze almost daily. The staff are honestly amazing — they're friendly, knowledgeable, and feel more like friends than employees. I've always had nothing but good experiences with them, and they deserve full credit. Unfortunately, the issue has nothing to do with the staff and everything to do with ownership. The continued refusal to bring in new or updated concentrate options has been frustrating for a long time. Concentrates are a major part of today's cannabis market, and the selection has remained stagnant despite repeated feedback from long-term customers. I genuinely want to keep supporting this store because of the people who work here, but at some point loyalty has to go both ways. Until ownership is willing to listen and adapt, it's hard to justify continuing to shop here for concentrates.

Amazing staff very knowledgable but if you're gonna be open on Christmas Day, the owner should've worked it Christmas is there one day to spend with their families and you should not be open if you want the money that bad then work Christmas Day yourself you're lucky if I ever shop there again

I placed an order at hollendaze in Wasaga beach at 10:30 on December 4th I live on the far end of the beach , I have been a long time customer. I was able to reach there at 10:58 and the door was locked . Which never has happened before. And since the roads were bad enough , she countined to tell me that the system can check me out after 11:58, which is a lie since I was there this month around the same time and the door was open and the lovely lady with the glasses would be able to check me out. This younger girl just kept saying that she already locked the door and that she wouldn't have been able to check me out after her locking the door 2 mins before they close. Very disappointed, VERY poor service that I've never experienced here until tonight
