This company has officially gone downhill after being bought by SNDL. The website has already started lying to us, telling us that they have a product when they actually don't. It's either that or the workers here don't know where to find the bags and then they just push you out and handle another customer while I'm literally asking for a product they have. The guy working says I can't find it because the website is not working, then proceeds to ask what I want and checks the site! Lmao I know they just can't find stuff because you can order online as well. The guy told me that 3 orders were refunded today because of a website error. Sounds like typical SNDL to me. Let me tell give you all the details, I have gone to cost cannabis since they opened. As of recently I noticed that the weakest and cheapest cannabis they carry will have your stomach turning and churning. If you take pre rolls, flowers, gummies or drinks from these people you WILL make it to the toilet or worse the hospital in less than 24 hrs. Also police has been called to their location 3 times in one month! I saw it with my own eyes! They withhold information and they mix like no body's business. We no longer live in a world where you can have cheap Zaza pee it out and move on... It's sad
They completely forgot to deliver my order?!? I waited 6 hours, called the store to double check on it(which, I am glad I did)and was told the driver forgot about it and is not willing to deliver it once he got back to the store.
I am less than a 5 min drive, so running back out to solve a problem they created was the very least they could have done. But nope! They did not provide any solution, their suggestions were "get a refund or wait for it to be delivered tomorrow afternoon" yet I had already waited 6hours and the refund takes 3 business days to complete.
It's now 8pm and I have to go to a different store and spend even more money as what I already spent takes days to refund. The complete lack of care and support from their team, especially revolving an issue THEY created is absolutely appalling. The selection and prices are very fair, but this experience of me having to chase down an order I paid well in advance for just to be told it wont be fulfilled has turned me away. 6hrs wasted and $60 on hold due to their teams negligence.
Their defective product return policy sucks. It will take you minimum 2 weeks to get a refund for your defective product
One of the best spots to check out! Awesome variety, unbeatable prices, and top-notch customer service. I've been here many times and always had a great experience. The girl working there is super friendly and always goes above and beyond to help with my selection, Definitely one of my favorite spots—highly recommend!
