Ej (the guy in the hat) and Colby served me tonight, top tier customer service! I've come to this location many times, and it's always easy and quick with some much needed laughs!
I've always had a great experience here
Was just served by EJ.
I was told I was being suspicious for paying for product with two different cards.
I was greeted with grunts and he was upset with me for telling him I have a membership. He tried to charge me and didn't even ask if I had one. When I told him I did he was angry with me
I then asked him how one of the vapes was and he told me it tasted like weed…
He was very matter of fact was rushing and impatient worst customer service i have ever received at your store.

I came into the store today looking for some pain rub I suffered from chronic pain daily the blood tender you had. She was amazing outstanding customer service so friendly so helpful. I will praise all day long that more stores need people like her you go girl thank you so much for your help. I will definitely be back.
Was in tonight at the carling about location. Usually a very nice atmosphere with very nice employees. However tonight the old short guy with the long beard was pretty rude to me. As soon as I walk in I walk around the corner he walks up to me with his little broom stick folds his arms leans on the broom and looks me up and down with a scowl on his face. I say hi with a smile, he just stands there and keeps starring at me. I say yes? He looks at me and with attitude says "oh no I just want you to read that sign behind you." I turn and look .. ok? He rudely says "well that's not the entrance it's on the other side, and you can't just walk In I need to check your ID" I say oh ok? After I pay for my stuff I said to him kindly "just so you know most people enter where there is an opening, the side you spoke about is completely closed off, maybe to make it easier you should put the opening on the other side?" I said thank you to the cashier and started walking out. As I'm walking out the short old man says "or maybe you could just go to the right side" so I turned and said "I'm just suggesting for customer convenience, and maybe you don't need to be so rude!! Just maybe."
I have never been spoken to in that manner ever since coming here, and I am very disappointed that someone would be that rude as a first interaction with a customer.
I purchased a disposable vape for $42.51 that was recommended to me by an employee. I was told it would provide a strong effect, but unfortunately I didn't feel much at all. Instead, it mainly irritated my throat.
I'm disappointed because I relied on the staff's recommendation, especially at that price point. I'll be calling tomorrow regarding the order I had planned to pick up.
I hope future recommendations are more accurate so customers know what to expect.
