Usually my service is good but for some reason today the system was down which is a normal and totally understandable situation but the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and when I kept trying to call
back , I kept getting hanged up on ! This type of behaviour should not be tolerated what so ever , the employees should have customer service and be respectful with clients this experience was horrible! If I got hanged up
on 3x I can imagine the other people ! If that's how employees respond to stressful situations then they should not work there !!! And I still haven't received my order 😡 never again will I shop here
Beautiful, place, wonderful people that work there. Beautiful service and to them. You're not just a client, you are a friend.. That's the way I gave five star

Sqdc, the only legal place in town to by weed
Much better than the shop on King Ouest. Found out they are unionized and it shows. Will never shop there again after being disrespected by two employees.
