To everyone that goes there, I recommend it because I was there Monday afternoon. It's because of this one worker , I believe his name is Matt. He was absolutely amazing to deal with , so knowledgeable and friendly and he gave me more great suggestions for next time I come there. I will return because of him.
i don't usually come to this location but when i'm in the area i will and it's unfortunate all of these negative experiences people have had… i've never had an issue with customer service here and always in and out in like 5 minutes with no problem, layout of the store very helpful never really need to ask questions it's pretty detailed
BEWARE ALL CUSTOMERS, I was verbally harassed here by repeatedly being called a liar, and barely allowed to speak while reporting a legitimate issue. Don't believe me? READ THE NEXT 3-5 REVIEWS AFTER MINE.
I've been a regular customer for a while here. But, on January 30, 2026, I bought a ten pack of pre rolls at The Joint on Leila Avenue in Winnipeg for 31.40 dollars. A couple of hours later, I broke the seal at home and opened the container, and it was completely empty. An empty sealed ten pack. I called the store the same night to report it immediately because I could not believe what I was seeing. I just want product I paid for that I didn't receive. The bank may be able to reverse the transaction because they took money without providing the product. It's not about money, $31.40, it's about providing customers with fair trade. I would've rather gave my $31.40 to a homeless person and it would've helped them.
I went back the next morning with the receipt and all packaging to resolve it properly. The manager I spoke with, Eknoor Sandhu, was initially respectful and seemed open to helping. Then the employee, Eknoorjot K., stepped in and the entire interaction turned hostile. She repeatedly called me a liar, talked over me, and cut me off every time I tried to explain. I came in calm and respectful, and I left being disrespected, blamed, and shut down for reporting a real issue.
Let me be clear. I have no reason to lie. I run a business. Money is not the issue. ..
I don't get it!! The joint has a solid layout, and tend to have a good selection. But, unfortunately that's where it ends!! The customer service here is absolutely terrible. I'm surprised they've been able to grow so fast. And with a 3 star rating, i dont think im the only one to experience this. Every time I go there the staff has the worst attitude I have ever dealt with (to be fair there are a couple good people). Also, they say keep your receipt in case you have a problem. I had a vape not work so I tried to return it. I was met with the usual terrible attitude. I was told I should have called them to let them know it didn't work, and because I had it a couple days they would not return it. I bought two cartridges at the same time, so it took a few days (3) to get to the second one. Im not sure what store other than the joint requires you to call immediatly when you have a defetive product. None that I know of. Luckily, after a buch of time, and wasted product tyring to fix it i got it to work, so not a total loss. I have probably spent well over a 1000 dollars at this place, so to be met with such an attitude is bewildering. There is a pot store on every corner. You would think they would try and get more customers, not get rid of them. Never mind that the web site is just as bad as the employees attitudes. The web site is never right, they don't seem to have the inventory posted on the site. And do not get them to go to the back to look for stuff. They will di ..
I can only see the marijuana inside but no customer service and any other etiquettes. Been a regular customer, bud-tenders have to be a little more respectful and knowledgeable. Most of them have no clue what THC, CBD and Terps are and how they works. Kindly hire the staff who actually knows what they are selling.
