I was standing at the store and over heard a conversation between a crying woman and this store owner instead of handling her with compassion he said. OH WAIT I REMEMBER YOU YOURE AUTISTIC CHILD RUINED MY WINDOW STICKER she broke down again and he simply dismissed her concerns with bad unworthy products. To the owner of this store u are rude to children with disabilities and dismissive to singel parents who are struggling do not shop at this store please 🙏 000000000 star's

As soon as you enter your greeted with the most unprofessional and toxic culture imagined. Sold us old shatter that had been sitting in the store for 5-6 months, when we brought it back, would not exchange or even apologize for selling defect product. And we were warned by other people in town. Guess we are taking word of mouth over giving a business a chance.
Came around the counter threatening and telling us to buy the store if we had problem with it. As I left yelled that if we were to put up a bad review he would just post back. Complete child!
Literally on the phone with the BBB of canada, how they got a customer base in this town is beyond me, unless it's all tourists and/or friends who don't know any better.
Ive never been treated this way by an owner of a store... first of all when buying the product he is cursing an swaering at his tvs that display his product, anyway bought my item went home and then needed an exchange for an item that was no longer in good standing due to sitting on the shelf for 6 months.
Ive called other stores and they dont keep product on the shelf that long due to these issues... the product i bought broke down, its happen before and no other store has had an issue exchanging the item for the same item. In this case the rude owner states call the number on the package. Trying to argue my point, but this man just kept getting more angry, so I said ill take my product wont be back and ill post about my experience, this owner become very aggressive at this point come from behind his counter got inches from my face, trying to intimidate me, telling me to give him 1 million dollars and i can run the store how i see fit, as he does. ittle did he know it did not intimidate me but made me decide I will never return and will tell anyone I see who smokes about this experience and take it and report it to the proper authorities..
