I have lived in Toronto for over 10 years and this is by far my favorite shop in the city . Every time I visit, staff is so friendly and extremely knowledgeable . They will go above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for . I have been in the store when its quite busy, but the service remains quick, friendly and efficient . There are a lot of places to choose from , and I will continue to come here because of the lovely staff ! Thank you guys so much for always going the extra mile ❤️
Great people great store. I've heard and seen a lot of bad reviews regarding the staff here. Those are lies lol these are the nicest people I ever met in a establishment I have been coming to this exact store for years now and the only problem I had was the weight on the weed but they don't package it so they can't be the ones to blame. If your gonna write a bad review make it more believable.
The staff at Day N Nite Cannabis give steady support each time I visit. They answer questions with clear guidance and make the whole process easy. They stay patient and keep a positive attitude. I leave with what I need and never feel rushed. This team sets a high standard for service.
The most welcoming and knowledgeable staff! Every single time I go in, no matter who is working, I am always greeted by name and with a smile!
When my dad was in town, the team was great with recommendations, they gave genuine advice, and they were patient with his accent.
The experience is different than most stores in the sense that I am smiling/laughing most times I leave.
I will always choose this shop for the team that makes it what it is ❤️
I have lived in the area of this store for five years now, and every time that I have gone into to purchase products, they are always kind, knowledgeable and the prices are not expensive compared to the other stores that not near by. This store has a wide selection of items and the manager Stef has been there since the beginning, calling customers by name (like the rest of the staff do too), keeping the store up to date and clean/organized. and always having a smile!! Check it out!
