Ok, first of all I am. Not a smoker I wasn't after the THC buzz, went in for CBD isolate information to help with joints and inflammation. Spoke with a young lady who was extremely knowledgeable and made some great recommendations with taking time to explain to a novice like me.
Wow she recommended a CBD isolate and cream that worked overnight. Seriously, thank you.
Always have a great time when visiting here, staff is friendly and every time i go they're more than willing to help with anything. Addie always gives good recommendations for whatever you need.
Also, they've got the best prices- I feel like before Tokyo was one of the most expansive stores but they've definitely knocked down the price. And did it without taking off quality, which is great.
I normally don't write reviews but this location always has fun promotions going on and this is me entering for a chance to win a Yeti Cooler.
Michael and Cora were lovely and personable. Didn't leave a question unanswered and even made great product recommendations that I ended up loving.
I've been coming here for years and Yorkville Tokyo Smoke has always been clean, tidy, and comfortable. Their speed of service is impressive since I've never waited too long in line. Their prices are reasonable and I'm genuinely very happy with my experiences here!
Cora, Jazz and Mike were all very helpful in finding exactly what I wanted. They all deserve big raises.
This has become my go-to place for cannabis products. I'll be back!!
Where there's smoke β¦ there's fire and this Tokyo Smoke location is FIRE!! π₯ Located in Yorkville at 94 Cumberland (@ Bellair St.), their hours of operation accommodate busy schedules, closing at 11 pm.
I have been coming here for a while now and have gotten to know a lot of the bud-tenders. The team is consistently friendly, knowledgeable and more than happy to provide assistance. I joined the High Rollers Club (also highly recommended) π the discounts I've received on 420 have been well worth setting up the profile. 13 points and you get 75% off - HELLO!! π
Back to the team π₯° tonight's interaction was like an episode of Cheers - you wanna go where everybody knows your name! π€They always have a smile and warm greeting when you come through the door β¦ Michael, Jasmin and Cora are all top shelf with customer service plus!! Coincidently, Jasmin was working on their promo board (also worth checking out π Seniors Day is Tuesday with 15% discounts π and other themed days for students, etc.) It was her colourful Google reference that prompted this review!!
I usually know what I want so I don't mosey around much but tonight I wondered and checked out the various displays - I couldn't help but notice how clean and well stocked everything is!! π Their convenient location and hours of operation are what originally attracted me to 94 Cumberland, but it's the staff that has kept me a loyal customer.
I'm leaving 10 stars here because 5 isn't enough βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ ..
