I walked in and within 5 minutes i had 50$ of product I did not want and without the 65$ product I wanted and asked for.
Long time loyal costumer was given the wrong product. Went back to return the one unopened and one opened product and was told the 1 min ago purchase could not be refunded.
The 2 product I got I actually never ordered. After accepting that I wouldnt be able to get both products I decide to only return the unopened one.
They claimed to have shown me the product but cant see well so I asked the lady to confirm it with my receipt. I even mentioned the wrong price and asked to verify my receipt before leaving the store. I was told it was good. Once i left i found out there was an issue though i mentioned it to staff.
Returned were i was immediatly told she verified the paclage on screen which meant nothing to me as they are inledgible lines at that size and asked her to verify as accomadation. When i started to explain everything i did to prevent it she continued to berate me so I left.
Really unfortunate i now have 50$ of product i dont want at a time of the year every penny counts. I have had other issues in the past but they were always resolved. This lady, however, felt it was her job to tell methat i was at fault and how despite everything. She told me that i verified it the product which is just plan gasslighting as i verified with her not on the computer but three different ways while mentioning the price.
I have spent thousands here, ha ..
Hands down the best service I've ever gotten. Im a newfie so I drink and dont toke, but the wife does. So I went to highlife for her to get some flower and a set of grinders, and the staff were unbelievably helpful, and knowledgeable. And the grinders i wanted was the last set in the display case, and one of the workers there went absolutely above and beyond for me to get me what I wanted.
Just because of the service I received tonight from that one employee, I will be giving this place my business from now on

I had a very disappointing experience at this dispensary today. They're running Black Friday deals right now, offering ounces for around $79–100. I picked up what was advertised as a 34% indica, and what I found inside honestly shocked me.
The product didn't even smell like cannabis — the odor was terrible, and the buds had an ugly, rusty orange color. Nothing about it looked or felt fresh or even remotely close to the quality they claimed.
I came back hoping to exchange it, and one of the staff members simply told me, "Nothing we can help with," because I had already opened the package. But how am I supposed to know it's bad without opening it? If that's the policy, then at least open one unit on display so customers can see what they're buying.
I've been coming here for three years and never had issues before, but this time really changed my opinion. It feels like customer care is no longer a priority. They just want to push out old, low-quality product at "holiday sale" prices — the kind of stuff no one would buy otherwise.
Extremely disappointing experience.
I would definitely recommend Highlife, and prefer their delivery rather than the store. The drivers are amazing, friendly, polite and quick. Had an experience in the store, had to wait over 10 minutes while the female staff was chatting about personal issues if the prior customer. Then was rude when I asked if it was possible to pick up my pre-ordered purchase. I have to admit that trying to order from their website is horrible, most of the time it does not work.
